By engaging Rhythm Plumbing Co for services, or by using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.

Rhythm Plumbing Co provides residential and commercial plumbing services, including but not limited to hot water systems, drainage, HDPE welding, backflow prevention, and general plumbing maintenance and repairs.

Quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change once the job site has been inspected or if unforeseen circumstances arise during the work.

Appointments are scheduled subject to availability. We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a booking.

Cancellation fees may apply for appointments cancelled with insufficient notice, particularly where materials have already been purchased or scheduled time has been reserved specifically for your job.

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed on our invoices. Late payments may incur additional fees as permitted by law.

We stand behind our workmanship and offer a warranty on labour for a period specified at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties on parts and materials apply as provided by the relevant supplier.

Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorised repairs, or normal wear and tear.

To the extent permitted by law, Rhythm Plumbing Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the provision of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
